About

An evening of works in progress, CAN’s festival scratch night is part of its ongoing artist development work. The evening includes a new dance work called ‘Snakes’ by duo Owen Ridley De-Monick and Jia-Yu Corti, a performance dealing with archetype, identity, desire and the blurring of reality and fantasy. Theatre maker Emma Clark also presents ‘Gold Mountain’ about the California Gold Rush, family heritage, and the erasure of voices from historical narratives.
