About
Come join us in tackling the climate crisis through food and cooking! Take part in a short course of 3 free workshops led by our Associate Artistic Director, designer and artist, Ling Tan. You’ll explore the carbon footprint of traditional Chinese dishes and experiment with creating a new, delicious low carbon recipe. With the help of acclaimed chefs and a data scientist, you’ll join others in creating recipes that can reduce our impact on the environment – all based on your favourite Chinese dishes. Your contributions will be showcased at a public pop up event at Chinatown this September!
