Bring your own instrument or voice for a practical workshop with Chinese Arts Now (CAN) Collective Musicians for the latest incarnation of their ‘Coalesce’ project to devise new music for Chinese and
European instruments through collaborative improvisation. Distinguished Chinese musicians An-Ting Chang, Cheng Yu and Wang Xiao, will lead participants on a musical journey of discovery through structural processes and guided improvisation to create new music together.

Please bring a portable musical instrument or your voice to participate fully in this workshop.
